Mrs. Geoffrey sighed softly, "Actually, I thought about it all night last night, and finally decided to tell you this. But this morning, Charles Douglas called me again."
Christine Quinn frowned in displeasure, "What on earth does he want to do?"
"He said the same old lines about Oversky needing to take responsibility. I feel Charles Douglas won't let us resolve this matter so easily."
"In that case, it seems we still need to meet Jennifer Douglas..."
"If you don't want to see her, then I'll go. Jennifer Douglas doesn't dare do anything to me as an elder. Perhaps I can still persuade her to stop her father's actions."
Christine Quinn said firmly, "No, I want to go. No matter what tricks she uses, I want her to give up. And as for Charles Douglas, it seems only Jennifer can persuade him."
"Alright, I'll call Jennifer Douglas now. We'll meet her and come back quickly, so Oversky and Howard Geoffrey won't suspect anything."
