Like previously stated the foundation of her body is surprisingly strong, so while the ice princess's flesh and skin are "weak" to Alice's heavy punches, even the wild dragon princess would not be able to damage her bones even if she had metal reinforced gloves designed for attacking, the only exception would be if Alice directly used her tail.
That being said, while shattering Aria's bones with her punches was not possible, Alice made sure they hurt as much as possible with the knowledge of her manual, not out of malice but because that was of help for Aria's training.
