Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.

In the top room of the Hammer Industries building, the atmosphere was strangely calm despite the apocalypse unfolding outside.

White Queen's eyes emitted a faint green glow. Countless streams of data flashed across her pupils before a beam of green light shot forward. The light expanded rapidly, forming a massive holographic projection in the center of the room.

The image stabilized, revealing the battlefield in the heart of New York.

Smoke, fire, explosions, collapsed buildings, and fleeing civilians filled every corner of the screen.

"This is the real-time tactical situation in central New York," White Queen said with a smile. "Although you're unable to leave here, watching from here is practically the same."

Natasha and Hill immediately focused on the projection.

The moment they saw the scene, both women widened their eyes.

The invasion had already escalated beyond ordinary imagination.

Alien aircraft streaked through the sky.

Buildings burned.

Cars exploded.

Entire streets had become battlefields.

"It's already reached this level?" Hill muttered.

White Queen shrugged.

"This has only just started."

She sat comfortably while watching the chaos like someone enjoying a movie.

"If this is what you call terrible, then what will you call what comes later? Jack hasn't even made his move yet, and the Chitauri army hasn't deployed its full strength."

Meanwhile, in downtown Manhattan, Steve Rogers was fighting through waves of Chitauri infantry.

His shield smashed into an alien soldier and ricocheted into another.

Looking upward, Steve spotted a gigantic shadow weaving through the skyscrapers.

A Chitauri Leviathan.

The enormous dragon-like battleship moved between buildings like a living mechanical monster.

"Stark, did you see that?" Steve shouted through the communicator.

"I saw it."

Iron Man's voice immediately responded.

"And honestly, I still haven't recovered from the shock."

A red-and-gold figure shot across the sky.

Iron Man arrived at incredible speed.

Repulsor blasts continuously fired from his palms while miniature missiles launched from compartments hidden across his armor.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions erupted across the Leviathan's armored body.

The gigantic creature let out a thunderous roar.

"ROARRRR!"

The laser blasts left long glowing scars across its metallic exterior.

"Good."

Tony accelerated forward.

"Come after me."

The Leviathan immediately turned and pursued him.

The aerial chase began.

As Iron Man led the monster away, he contacted Steve again.

"Did Banner arrive?"

Steve looked around.

"Banner?"

At that moment, the sound of a struggling motorcycle engine echoed through the street.

Everyone turned.

A worn-out motorcycle rolled into view.

Bruce Banner stepped off calmly.

The motorcycle looked like it was barely surviving.

"Am I late?" Banner asked.

Steve smiled.

"No."

"You arrived at exactly the right time."

He pointed toward the charging Leviathan.

"You can stop holding back now."

Banner adjusted his glasses.

A faint smile appeared.

"I've been suppressing a lot of anger."

He walked forward.

Meanwhile, Iron Man flew low overhead.

"The big guy behind me is yours!"

The Leviathan crashed through the air behind him, smashing debris from nearby buildings as it advanced.

Its enormous size alone was enough to make people despair.

Then Banner stopped.

"ROAR!"

The familiar roar shook the street.

His body rapidly expanded.

Muscles swelled.

His skin turned green.

Clothes stretched and tore.

Within seconds, Bruce Banner had disappeared.

The Hulk stood in his place.

But before Hulk could charge—

A woman's voice suddenly echoed through the battlefield.

"Let me handle this one."

A figure appeared almost instantly.

A woman dressed in black combat clothing stood directly in front of Hulk.

It was Alice.

After so many enhancements from the T-Cells within her body, Alice had developed new abilities.

One of them was teleportation.

Steve stared.

"When did she get here?"

Even Hulk looked annoyed.

Someone had stolen his target.

Alice faced the charging Leviathan.

Her expression remained calm.

Then she raised her hand.

"Ha!"

A terrifying pulse wave erupted.

The invisible force exploded forward like a tidal wave.

The street cracked apart.

Cars were lifted into the air.

Dust, concrete, steel, and debris surged upward.

Everything in its path was blasted away.

The pulse wave slammed directly into the Leviathan.

BANG!

The giant creature suddenly froze.

"ROARRR!"

Its roar was filled with pain.

Then—

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

The Leviathan began exploding from its head.

Massive explosions traveled down its body one after another.

Fire erupted everywhere.

Metal fragments rained across the city.

The gigantic creature was blown apart completely.

The sky filled with debris.

For several seconds, nobody spoke.

Alice took a step backward.

A slight headache appeared.

Using such a large-scale attack still placed pressure on her mind.

Fortunately, it remained within acceptable limits.

Steve stared blankly.

"Holy hell..."

Even Iron Man was stunned.

"That's ridiculously flashy."

Nearby, Hulk let out a dissatisfied growl.

His target had been stolen.

Again.

"Who are you?" Steve asked while running toward Alice.

Alice glanced at him.

"For now, we're on the same side."

She smiled faintly.

"As for later, that's difficult to say."

The next moment, her figure disappeared.

She teleported away.

Steve stood there.

"What kind of answer was that?"

Iron Man landed nearby.

"If my information is correct, she's one of Jack's people."

"The same woman who caused trouble alongside Jack during the Broadway incident."

Steve frowned.

"Then why is she helping us?"

"She's one of Jack's people. There shouldn't be any reason for that."

Iron Man's expression darkened.

"This isn't important."

His fists tightened.

"The important thing is that Jack is here."

"This time, I will kill him."

Steve immediately shook his head.

"Stark, that's not the priority."

"If Jack joins forces with the Chitauri army, we'll have an even bigger problem."

He pointed toward the sky.

"First defeat the Chitauri."

"Then we deal with Jack."

Iron Man remained silent for several seconds.

Finally, he nodded.

"I know."

At that moment, an excited male voice sounded nearby.

"Finally found you guys."

Steve and Tony turned.

"Hawkeye?"

Tony looked surprised.

"Weren't you under Loki's control?"

"You aren't about to betray us again, are you?"

Hawkeye rolled his eyes.

Without answering immediately, he pulled back his bowstring.

An arrow flew out.

A Chitauri soldier dropped dead instantly.

"I've recovered."

He loaded another arrow.

"And Loki?"

A cold smile appeared.

"I definitely won't let that guy go."

Steve smashed a Chitauri soldier away with his shield.

"You'll need to get in line."

Nearby, Hulk had already begun his rampage.

"ROARRRR!"

Like an unstoppable monster, Hulk smashed through the battlefield.

Buildings shook.

Vehicles flew.

Chitauri soldiers were torn apart wherever he passed.

Steve finally raised his shield.

"Guys!"

His voice echoed through the battlefield.

"It's time to counterattack!"

Back in Hammer Industries, Hill and Natasha stared at the projection.

The destruction of the Leviathan still shocked them.

"Alice is actually this strong?"

Hill looked genuinely surprised.

Natasha slowly nodded.

"She's strong."

"Ada is strong too."

Her expression grew complicated.

"The people around that scum don't have any weaklings."

She glanced toward White Queen.

"Even this seemingly harmless little girl is a monster."

White Queen immediately put on a pitiful expression.

"Natasha, that's hurtful."

"I'm not a monster."

She pressed a hand against her chest dramatically.

"Hearing you say that makes me sad."

Natasha rolled her eyes.

"Stop pretending."

White Queen pouted.

Meanwhile, high above New York, Loki was piloting a Chitauri aircraft.

His face looked gloomy.

The previous setbacks had made him furious.

"The remaining armies will deploy."

His eyes burned with madness.

"I'll tear these people apart."

"The victory belongs to me."

Then—

"ROAR! ROAR! ROAR!"

The gigantic portal above New York trembled.

Another Leviathan emerged.

Then another.

And another.

And another.

Four enormous Chitauri Leviathans descended from the wormhole.

Each one dwarfed skyscrapers.

Each one carried countless Chitauri infantry.

The sky darkened beneath their shadows.

Thousands of alien soldiers jumped from their backs.

The invasion instantly intensified.

Loki threw back his head and laughed.

"Hahaha!"

"Hahaha!"

"You think you can stop me?"

His laughter echoed through the battlefield.

"Attack!"

"Destroy everything!"

"Burn this city!"

The Chitauri army surged forward like an unstoppable tide.

Explosions erupted throughout Manhattan.

Buildings collapsed.

Fire spread.

The battlefield became even more chaotic.

Far away, standing atop Hammer Industries, Jack watched everything.

The wind blew against his clothes.

The reflection of burning New York flickered in his eyes.

He watched the four Leviathans.

He watched the Avengers.

He watched Loki's army.

A smile slowly appeared on his face.

"Looks like..."

Jack cracked his neck.

"...it's finally time to show some real skill."

His eyes flashed with excitement as he looked toward the battlefield below.

The true performance was about to begin.
