Chapter 2 — The Ancient Brother of Universe 6
Far beyond the borders of Universe 7, beyond the reach of Beerus' authority and the fear of Frieza's empire, existed another realm where Saiyans had evolved differently.
Universe 6.
Unlike the brutal Saiyans of Planet Vegeta, the Saiyans here had abandoned conquest long ago. Their homeworld, Planet Sadala, stood proudly beneath golden skies and peaceful cities. Warriors still existed, but they fought to protect rather than destroy.
At the very center of the planet stood an enormous palace forged from white crystal-like stone. Ancient symbols covered its walls, remnants of an age so old that even the current Saiyans no longer understood their meanings.
Inside the palace, a tall Saiyan sat quietly on a balcony overlooking the horizon.
His hair was long and wild, black with faint crimson streaks. His physique was powerful but restrained, carrying the calm aura of a seasoned warrior who no longer needed to prove his strength.
This man was **Yamoshi**.
The first Super Saiyan God.
The younger brother of Mints.
And one of the oldest living Saiyans in existence.
For billions of years, Yamoshi had watched over the Saiyans of Universe 6. While Mints disappeared into endless sleep and wandering, Yamoshi chose responsibility. He guided the Saiyans away from destruction and helped them build a civilization that could survive without becoming slaves to their violent instincts.
Yet despite all those years…
He still felt exhausted.
Yamoshi stared toward the stars quietly while holding a cup of tea.
Then—
CRACK.
The cup shattered in his hand.
His crimson eyes widened.
"That Ki…"
An overwhelming pressure swept through the cosmos.
Not violent.
Not hostile.
But impossibly vast.
The sky above Planet Sadala trembled faintly while the air itself grew heavier.
Yamoshi slowly stood.
Then a smile spread across his face.
"Hahaha…"
He looked upward.
"You finally woke up, you lazy bastard."
The pressure vanished as quickly as it appeared, but Yamoshi could still feel it lingering in the universe.
It was unmistakable.
Mints.
Only one being in existence possessed an aura that terrifying while simultaneously feeling completely relaxed.
Yamoshi closed his eyes and sensed deeper.
Universe 7.
Planet Vegeta.
"Hm?"
His smile became amused.
"So you found the descendants already."
A soft voice suddenly came from behind him.
"You look unusually happy today."
Yamoshi turned.
Walking toward him was a beautiful woman with long silver hair and golden eyes. Despite her elegant appearance, her aura carried terrifying hidden strength.
This woman was **Paula**.
The woman Mints once loved.
And the mother of his son.
Paula crossed her arms suspiciously.
"Why are you smiling like an idiot?"
Yamoshi laughed loudly.
"My brother woke up."
Paula froze.
"…That bastard?"
"Yep."
The woman's expression immediately became complicated.
Annoyance.
Relief.
Nostalgia.
Anger.
All mixed together.
"Hmph."
She looked away.
"He slept so long I almost forgot his face."
Yamoshi nearly choked from laughter.
"You say that every century."
Paula glared at him.
"And every century I still want to punch him."
"Well, that's fair."
Paula walked toward the balcony slowly.
For a moment, neither of them spoke.
Then she sighed softly.
"…Where is he?"
"Universe 7."
"Of course."
Yamoshi leaned against the railing.
"He already discovered the descendants on Planet Vegeta."
Paula's eyes narrowed slightly.
"So he found Bardock and Kakarot."
"Seems so."
A faint smile appeared on Paula's lips.
"He always notices strong bloodlines immediately."
Yamoshi chuckled.
"He also discovered your son."
The atmosphere suddenly became quiet.
Paula looked toward him carefully.
"…Did he remember?"
Yamoshi burst out laughing.
"Barely."
Paula pinched the bridge of her nose.
"That idiot…"
"He literally forgot he had a child until I reminded him mentally."
"…I'm going to kill him."
Yamoshi laughed even harder.
"You'll have to wait in line. Half the gods want to kill him too."
Paula smirked faintly.
"They can try."
The two stood quietly beneath the stars for several moments before Paula finally spoke again.
"…How strong is he now?"
Yamoshi's expression slowly became serious.
"That…"
Even he hesitated slightly.
"…I honestly don't know anymore."
Paula frowned.
"You fought him before."
"Yes."
Yamoshi looked toward the horizon.
"And I lost horribly."

### **Billions of Years Ago**
Back when Saiyans still ruled through bloodshed and conquest, the ancient Saiyan race had been unimaginably powerful.
Their warriors rivaled gods naturally.
Entire civilizations vanished beneath their armies.
At the head of those ancient Saiyans stood two brothers.
Mints.
And Yamoshi.
Both inherited terrifying bloodlines from their parents, but their personalities could not have been more different.
Mints was lazy.
Yamoshi was responsible.
Mints sought freedom.
Yamoshi sought peace.
Their conflict became inevitable.
Back then, evil Saiyans dominated countless planets. Even after becoming king, Yamoshi failed to stop the endless cycle of violence consuming their people.
Then Mints returned after wandering the universe.
He took one look at the corrupted Saiyan empire and said:
"These idiots are annoying."
That single sentence changed history.
Mints and Yamoshi battled together against the evil Saiyans for decades. Entire galaxies shook beneath their wars. Ancient Saiyans powerful enough to rival Gods of Destruction apprentices died by the millions.
Eventually, only one final battle remained.
Mints versus Yamoshi.
The older brother wanted sleep.
The younger brother wanted him to remain king.
Their clash shattered dimensions.
For seven years they fought without rest.
And at the end—
Mints won.
Yamoshi still remembered the moment vividly.
His strongest attack.
His divine Super Saiyan God power.
All overwhelmed effortlessly.
Mints had stood there smiling lazily while casually crushing his strongest techniques barehanded.
Then the bastard laughed.
"You're still too young to see my back, little brother."
Afterward, Mints disappeared into deep sleep somewhere in the universe while Yamoshi took the surviving righteous Saiyans to Universe 6.
That was the birth of modern Planet Sadala.

### **Present Day — Planet Sadala**
Yamoshi sighed softly.
"He was already absurd back then."
Paula crossed her arms.
"And now?"
Yamoshi looked toward the sky.
"Now…"
Even his voice carried uncertainty.
"…I think he's reached a level none of us understand anymore."
Paula remained silent.
Yamoshi rarely admitted weakness.
If even he said that…
Then Mints truly had become something terrifying.
A sudden burst of energy interrupted their conversation.
BOOM!
The palace shook as several Saiyan warriors landed in the courtyard below.
Young Saiyans gathered while shouting excitedly.
"Lord Yamoshi!"
"We sensed that energy!"
"Did an enemy appear?!"
Yamoshi looked downward and sighed.
The current generation.
Talented.
Strong.
But painfully immature compared to the ancient Saiyans.
One young Saiyan stepped forward nervously.
"Was that Lord Beerus?"
Yamoshi laughed loudly.
"No."
Another warrior frowned.
"Then was it an Angel?"
"…Closer."
The Saiyans became confused.
Only Paula understood immediately.
She rubbed her forehead tiredly.
"This is going to become troublesome…"
At that moment—
A pressure suddenly descended upon Planet Sadala.
Every Saiyan froze.
The sky darkened.
The air became unbearably heavy.
Even Yamoshi's expression changed instantly.
"…He's here already?!"
BOOM!
Space cracked open above the palace.
A silver-black figure casually stepped through the dimensional fracture while yawning.
"Yo."
The younger Saiyans immediately collapsed to their knees.
Some fainted instantly.
Others couldn't even breathe properly.
Their instincts screamed in terror.
The man floating above them looked harmless.
Relaxed.
Lazy.
Yet his mere existence felt heavier than the universe itself.
Silver-black hair.
Silver eyes.
A calm expression carrying endless arrogance.
Mints.
He looked around lazily before spotting Yamoshi.
"Huh."
A grin appeared on his face.
"You got old."
Yamoshi immediately laughed.
"And you still look annoyingly perfect."
Mints shrugged.
"Perks of angel blood."
The younger Saiyans stared in disbelief.
Who was this man?
How could he speak casually with Lord Yamoshi himself?
Then Mints looked toward Paula.
Their eyes met.
For the first time since arriving—
Mints looked genuinely awkward.
"…Hi."
Paula smiled sweetly.
Then punched him across the continent.
BOOOOOOM!!!
Mountains exploded in the distance as Mints skipped across the planet like a meteor.
The younger Saiyans screamed.
Yamoshi burst into uncontrollable laughter.
"Hahaha! You deserved that!"
Several seconds later, Mints casually walked back from the horizon while dusting debris off his clothes.
"…Fair."
Paula crossed her arms angrily.
"You disappeared for billions of years."
"I was sleeping."
"That's not an excuse!"
"It usually works."
Paula twitched violently.
Yamoshi almost died laughing.
The surrounding Saiyans could only stare blankly.
Their legendary ruler…
Was arguing with a strange man like an old married couple.
Then one brave young Saiyan stepped forward.
"Lord Yamoshi… who exactly is this?"
Silence filled the courtyard.
Yamoshi looked toward Mints briefly before smiling.
"This idiot?"
He pointed directly at him.
"He's the reason modern Saiyans still exist."
The younger warriors froze.
Yamoshi continued casually.
"The strongest Saiyan in history."
Another pause.
"And unfortunately…"
He smirked.
"…my older brother."
The entire courtyard exploded into chaos.
"EH?!"
"OLDER BROTHER?!"
"THE STRONGEST SAIYAN?!"
Mints scratched his cheek lazily.
"You're making me sound important."
Yamoshi grinned.
"You literally bullied gods before recorded history existed."
"Details."
Paula sighed deeply.
"This is why I hate both of you."
Mints looked around the palace quietly.
His silver eyes observed everything.
The peaceful cities.
The disciplined Saiyans.
The absence of cruelty.
Then he smiled faintly.
"…You did well, Yamoshi."
For a moment, the younger brother became silent.
Because praise from Mints was impossibly rare.
Yamoshi looked toward the horizon proudly.
"I tried."
Mints nodded once.
Then his expression changed slightly.
"Hm?"
He sensed something familiar.
Deep underground beneath the palace.
A hidden energy.
Sleeping.
Restrained.
Mints' silver eyes narrowed.
"…Interesting."
Paula immediately noticed his expression.
"You sensed him."
Mints looked toward her.
"My son."
Paula sighed softly.
"Yes."
The atmosphere shifted slightly.
Even Yamoshi's expression became serious again.
Mints scratched his head awkwardly.
"So…"
He coughed lightly.
"…what kind of kid is he?"
Paula stared at him blankly.
"You really forgot everything, didn't you?"
"…Maybe."
Paula pinched the bridge of her nose.
"Unbelievable."
Yamoshi laughed loudly again.
"This is going to be fun."
Far beneath the palace, deep within a hidden chamber—
A pair of silver eyes slowly opened.
And for the first time in his life…
Azer felt his father's presence.
