In a dark void filled with the unknown a being can be seen flying rapidly.
Hestia:"Damnit there's so many of them!"
Behind her are things that can only be described as nightmares, these are known as Void Beasts. It is unknown how they came to be however it is known that they search the void for anything living so they have the chance to escape the void, and hestia being in sprit form is still technically alive so they charge. Turning around she fires a blast of Scolding red and yellow flames.
*SCREACH*
The beasts either get burned to nothing or retreat and wait for another opening.
Hestia:"I'v been doing this for nearly 2 Years and you still haven't gave up, persistent beasts." She snarls at them.
Turning around again and rushing off she finally finds another world and instantly rushes to it. When in close enough she opens a rift, seeing this the beast swarm to her location in hopes of getting free from the void. Hestia quickly runs through and closes it shut locking them in.
Hestia signs:"Finally I can breath damn void beasts wont leave me alone." Taking a deep breath she looks around.
Hestia:"What a strange world, the magical and natural energy is far stronger then the ones I already visited but….I can not feel my counterparts presence here strange."
During the last 2 years this has never happened. When she started this journey she knew it would take long and knew the worlds she would visit would be random, but this is the first time she has been to a world without a counterpart.
Hestia:"2 years... and still nothing on killing dragons. At least dragons as strong as the black one. Even that wizard world where my counterpart was somewhat strange and crazy only has the tools to kill low level drakes that they call dragons because of there massive egos."
She frowns thinking of the time she became her counterpart who was serving under a fake dark lord name Voldemort. In that time she was known as Bellatrix.(will visit just not anytime soon)
Hestia:" God those wizards were so full of them self's luckily I got my counterpart out of that mess and cleaned her up." Shaking her head she thinks of the only thing she currently has that can fight the black dragon.
Hestia:"Runes…" she whispered that world was a mess, The worlds will and Humanity's will clashing in an ongoing war that and the inhuman mages that would do anything to gain power. Fortunately she met someone who was kind enough to teach her Runes and there nearly unlimited potential.
Hestia:"When given the chance i need to thank Scáthach for her help." Looking down at her body she frowns seeing herself somewhat see through.
Hestia:"My body won't hold much longer this is my last trip before I return, let's look for anything if not I should automatically go back to my body once I fade."
Flying through the night sky she saw there was nothing but trees and grass in her sight. After 1 hour of flight she finally saw something in the distance.
Hestia:"What is that? A mountain?" Getting closer she is shocked to find its not a mountain but a dragon. Readying her flames just in case of a fight she cautiously approached. She notices the dragon is red in color it's scales seem to shine under the moonlight. The dragon notices her but doesn't turn around.
Dragon:"Why are you here spirit" it asks in a emotionless female tone.
Hestia:"I'm not a spirit but a god and I'm in search of something"
Turning around the Dragon who's eyes now shown to be green says:" A god you say but why are you fading by the second?"
Hestia:"I am just in this form for my search" looking around she notices a nest made of leaves and twigs and within it was something she can not see from her position.
Hestia:"Tell me Dragon why are you here in the middle of nowhere is this your den?" Ask with concern in her voice, she knows dragons are protective of there homes. When she was close enough Hestia could feel sadness coming from the dragon.
Iris:"My name is Iris goddess not dragon and yes you are in my home did you come to try and slay me?" She asked with little concern.
Shaking her head Hestia reply's:" My name is hestia and no I wasn't I'm looking for a way to stop an evil dragon that is terrorizing the humans of my world."
Iris:" I see you are from beyond the void. Sorry to say I possess no weapon like the one you seek and even then we have our own evil dragons here to deal with."
Hestia who was now standing in front of Iris sits on the grass.
Hestia sighs:"I see guess my search is over then I will return home after I fade, may I stay with you? I should fade in 3 weeks if I don't use my power."
Iris:"Do as you wish…" says with no emotion.
Hestia:"You know I'm the goddess of hearth,home and family because of this I can feel your emotions. Why are you sad maybe talking will help." She as the goddess of Hearth,Home,Architecture,Domesticity,family and state has many ability's people don't know about. Emotion sense goes into play with Home,Family and Hearth. Silence takes over the two as they look at the moon in the sky.
Iris after a while says:"My Hatchlings have died…."
Hestia gasped quickly turning her head to the nest and sees 3 Huge eggs in the center 2 of which are smashed while the third is unharmed but lifeless,Using her power she can sense no life in the third egg.
Hestia:"What happened?"
Iris with a broken voice says:" One of the evil dragons came by and tried to eat them while I fought it and killed it he already smashed 2 of the eggs and shook the third enough to kill it…My baby's are gone" The tears flowing from her eyes as see looks at what was once her children, with the father of her children dead as well she was truly alone.
Hestia looks at Iris who was crying with sadness in her heart no one should lose a child and losing 3 is just heartbreaking. Looking back at the eggs and then at her body hestia makes a decision. Getting up she walks over to them, Iris who was watching was about to attack hestia to save the last remains of her children stops when she hears her speak.
Hestia:"I'm sorry you had to go through that, and I cannot save the two that have already broke. But using the last of my power I can save the last one though I do not know the side affects this will have you will still have your baby."putting her hand on the egg she covers it in her fire.
Iris who is now wide eyed asks:"Why… why are you doing this I do not know you and yet you are trying to save my child just why?" Unable to believe what she is seeing.
Hestia who's body was now flickering from transparent to visible replied:"Us gods have a VERY hard time having children so life is precious to us. And being the goddess of family I cherish them even more so. Besides I have never had a child of my own, and doing this is in a way having one though as unconventional as this is." Removing her hand from the still flaming egg hestia stands by Iris who was also watching the process closely with hope in her heart praying that this will work.after a long while something can be heard.
*THUMP**THUMP**THUMP**THUMP*
The egg that was being hugged by the fire thumps as a heartbeat is heard. Tears burst out of Iris's eyes as she wraps Hestia in her tail and thanks her.
Iris:"THANK YOU THANK YOU! Because of you I can be a mother."
Hestia:"It was nothing just please raise him well." Feeling her body fading Hestia makes a tiny flames in her hand and hands it to Iris.
Hestia:"Iris take my flame and use it to protect this child this is all I can do for you but you should be able to grow it further and teach it to the little one since he will most likely have it as well. This flame is the most powerful in existence, Flames of Passion. Passion can be found everywhere in love,work,family, etc. as long as you have passion these flames will grown infinitely stronger along with it. It is one of the reasons I'm the most powerful of the gods." She explains pushing the flames into Iris's body.
Iris who was listening to her gave her a nod and said:"Very well,thank you Hestia I hope we meet again someday. After all this is technically your child as well."
Fading away hestia smiles and waves At Iris and disappears with a final goodbye. Iris who was now alone goes to her egg and curls up next to it and speaks.
Iris:"Child we have been blessed to meet her so grow strong and healthy so if we do meet again you can thank your other mother for giving you the chance at life." The egg glows as if it acknowledging what his mother just said. Iris closes her eyes and sleeps.

Time: Hestia (2 Years) heaven (6 months)
Hestia's body which have not moved in months finally opens her eyes. Getting up and looking around she sees that she is in the same spot she was left the only difference is that magic circles that surrounds her were all fading. Checking her body she notices some changes.
Hestia:"So they were right my power has significantly weakened to the point we're I'm only at Zeus's level how frustrating. Whatever in a few years it will return for now we must defeat the black dragon."
Getting up and leaving the room she finds the gods and goddesses gathered talking to one another about a plan to defeat the black dragon. Noticing her Zeus and Ouranos eyes widened in surprise.
Zeus: "Hestia! good to see your awake have you found anything during your travels?"
Hestia:"Yes I have while we can't kill it I found something to help."
Ouranos:"I see so we can't kill it huh. So what is it that you discovered?"
Hestia:"It's something with nearly unlimited potential, I was lucky to find someone who would teach me with it we can seal the dragon away."
Loki asks:"So what are they called squirt?"
Walking to the center of the room where the picture of the beast she despises with all her being is displayed, hestia looks back at the gods and says.
Hestia:"They called them…Runes"
