On the other side of the planet, atop one of the elevated ridges near the wormhole passage, a young man stood with his arms crossed, quietly observing what was unfolding nearby with a calm yet focused demeanor. A scarf covered his head, revealing only a few strands of pale sand-colored hair that swayed lightly with the passing winds, and beneath it lay a pair of dreamy eyes that gave no hint of what he was thinking… well, that was his usual description, the one most people would give if asked about him.
