When I got home my grandmother and Veronica were in the living room. Vero ran up to me to hug me while I hugged her back and my grandmother asked why I was back by that time I just smiled at her and went to my room. I didn't leave my room till it was dinner.
When I went downstairs the entire family was there I mean the only person who lives here with my grandparents aside from myself and Vero is Uncle John. I said nothing to anyone as I took my seat.
The tension in the room was so thick I just focused on my food and when I was done I got up to leave and just like that I went back to my seat. If looks could kill I would have been 6 feet under.
"It is just your second day and you have sent somebody child to the hospital" Uncle Dominic said with his cold voice. But instead of it making me cry, it made me angry. Now here's the thing when this whole thing was fresh I went crazy and I solved everything with violence and scolding me now won't help but get me angrier.
"Destiny stop doing that you are scaring Vero" Aunt Liz said that was when I realized I was bending the fork I was playing with to keep myself calm.
"I'm sorry" I said to no one in particular
"I am talking to you young lady" and me being me I got up and left the table and went straight to my room not before I heard Aunt Liz saying the same words that was long over due "it is happening again". since I stopped therapy it has been coming back gradually and today just made it obvious. No one knew what caused this except the people involved which includes myself and I want it to stay that way. I went straight to bed and I didn't bother to remove my clothes.
Morning came faster than I expected. I got up took my bath wore my uniform and made my hair into two braids. I went downstairs I wasn't in the mood for food so I went straight to school. When I got to school everybody seemed surprised to see me. So it is either no one has hit Bethany and gotten away with it or the school has zero tolerance for violence and I think it's both. Because Juliet is looking at me like she has seen a ghost.
"Close your mouth Julie of a fly will get in" said to her with a you look wired face
"What are doing here destiny are you not expelled"
"Nope"
"How did you do it"
"I did nothing" and I was saved again
"See you at lunch" Juliet said as she ran to her class while me I went to my locker.
As I got my book and I was about to close the locker a hand did it for me. And when I turned to see who it was, it was Lord Set in all his glory.
"What do you want Set I have class"
"The question is who are you Destiny?"
"Seriously are we doing this right now I have class"
"have lunch with me today" He said with a final tone. Who the fudge is this guy.
"Well no can't do" I turned to leave
"I will make you"
"No you can't" those where the last words i said before turning to the right wing for my music class. Since luck was not on my side lunch came faster than I wanted it to it always does. I went to the cafeteria sat with my friends. We were having a conversation like normal people do until when Diana raised her brows upwards and asked the question I wish she never asked
"Why is Set coming her I mean I thought this table was forbidden" before I could ask what she meant Set already interrupted me.
""It seems like you are the type of person who doesn't listen Destiny"
"Glad you figured that out" I replied with a snare. What's his deal.
"Don't play with me destiny"
"Never said I wanted to"
"Get up"
"No"
"I said get up"
"And I said no" This time I said it for the cafeteria to hear and that caused the entire school population to look at our direction.
"Stay away from me Set" I said as I walked out of the cafeteria. This guy was beginning to piss me off. The entire day went on and everybody body kept on talking about what transpired between me and Set and the said person hasn't stopped looking at in every class we had together.
By the end of the day Juliet and Diana came up to me and asked if they could come over to my house during the weekend end and I told them I would have to ask my grandfather first.
When I got back home. Everyone was home, and it seemed they had guest because I could hear a lot of voices coming from the living room I walked passed the door as fast as I could to get to the stairs but my grandfather's eyes were way faster
"Destiny get in here" he ordered me
Since our conversation yesterday I have been avoiding everyone. I walked into the living room looking like the most innocent person on the planet. Every head turned to my direction. They were approximately 20 men some were old and some were really young and one of them looked like he was around the age of my grandfather.
"Who is this George" The older man asked my grandfather
"This is my granddaughter Destiny nobody knows about her and i want it to stay that way for now."
wait what does he mean by that?
