Nile scanned their movements seeing that he noticed that they were doing more harm than good with scan he could see that their body was basically fighting itself.
He then went over to the burly man and as noticed by him so the burly man ran up and kneeled on one knee bowing due to being way taller than Nile saying

Nile immediately silenced him with his interruption
" Stop is this what you call training, if it is why don't you just let them out without weapons they might even have a better chance " Nile was extremely dissatisfied because their performance is affecting they bodies basically degrading it which can cause future ailements even permanent injuries that can decrease lifespan and affect their livelihoods
" But my Lord we are trying everything we can, this is based on all what we know how to do especially without talents and were inepts"

Buren told entirely about the history of them with sadness in his town Niles finally understood what the first man meant they were basically considered a different species with how they lost one of the norms in this world and just finding one who has such disabilities you can get a reward.

( Yes I can see mentions of it as this is the situation and it seems to be true as in the guide explained about talents and such but seeing everyone in the village it may be a mutation as they don't have a source organ to draw in source and no talents to speak of)

( You are correct in this situation as it would cause harm to give them a source organ as that would kill them off as you can even see their bodies are basically rejecting them through a mutation from their genetics)
