Alex stood before Sunflare with no fear in his eyes or his heart. He watched the Celestial while remaining upright, not cowering in the slightest against his show of might.
The aura Sunflare produced slowly surrounded Alex and pushed on him, as if to squash his courage right then and there, but Alex stood upright on his own strength. His body cultivation alone kept him upright.
Alex let out the slightest hint of a smirk when he realized that the man wasn't going to dare kill him. Just the fact that Alex had the tree meant that the man would indeed be very careful about deliberately harming him.
That did not mean that the Celestial was going to take the disrespect lying down.
