When Sunflare said he was going to go wherever Alex was going, Alex hadn't realized the man meant quite literally everywhere.
As Alex left the palace, Sunflare followed him, walking along with him.
"Uhh… senior? Are you really going to follow me all the way?" he asked.
"Of course," the man said. "You have our god. I need to look after you so you don't accidentally die or get kidnapped."
"That won't happen," Alex said. "I'm just returning to my home."
"I don't mind where you're going. I shall go to your home too," Sunflare said.
"Well, I mind, senior."
Sunflare gave a shrug. "I don't care if you mind. I will follow you either way."
Alex wanted to say something, but he held himself back. If this man was going to be this insistent on following him, then there was nothing he could tell him to get him to leave.
After a while, Alex finally reached his courtyard. As he entered, Sunflare followed behind as well.
