Bo Leng and Lou Manman were both looking forward to it, and so was Si Mingjing. Only Yaya herself didn't hold much hope. She kept remembering how her aunt had cautiously spoken in the car, which greatly reduced her expectations.
Ten minutes is a short time. Bo Leng and his wife brought Yaya out from the experimental building. He held an umbrella for his daughter as they walked outside.
In front of the experimental building was a large lawn. A few students were sitting on the grass reading books, likely because they had no classes, with snacks placed beside them as they read.
Bo Leng estimated that ten minutes had already passed. He did not put away the umbrella, but waited for fifteen minutes before asking his daughter, "Are you ready?"
Yaya took a deep breath. Being burned by the sun hurt terribly; she had experienced it before, so she was very nervous.
Lou Manman and Si Mingjing stood outside the umbrella, while Ban Chugang also stood beside, watching Yaya.
