"Any day works. Didn't you say last time that when I come to G City, you'd take good care of me? Can I stay at your place?"
"You don't have a place to stay?"
Momo imagined him stepping out of the taxi just now with no luggage, empty-handed.
She thought he must have left his luggage at the hotel.
"I haven't booked a hotel."
"And you're here on a business trip, empty-handed?"
"Of course not."
Feng Yize raised his eyebrow proudly, "I just called two cars. One brought me here, the other took my luggage to your home."
"..."
Momo was speechless.
Feng Yize added with a smile, "Don't worry, I already called Aunt Wen, and she agreed."
"Then why tell me?"
He's quite the schemer, isn't he?
Momo suddenly doubted whether Feng Yize was really on a business trip in G City or just keeping an eye on her.
After lunch, Momo took Feng Yize home.
Sure enough, Wen Ran informed Feng Yize that his luggage had been moved into the guest room, and assured him to stay at home comfortably.
