As I thanked my parents for the gift with tears in my eyes, I suddenly felt a sense of exhaustion and blacked out.

Time: 12 pm noon January 1st
3rd POV~
As the lovely moment between the four-year-old boy and his parents was transpiring, the boy suddenly collapsed. Fortunately, his father quickly caught him before he fell to the ground. They couldn't fathom what just happened to their son when all of a sudden a blinding light radiated from the unconscious boy causing them to close their eyes and look away. When the light finally dimed down a little, they saw their baby glowing like a firefly in the night.
Afraid of what was happening to their child, the father quickly turned into a giant eagle as he signaled his wife to climb onto his back. The wife did as indicated while holding the baby and tied herself to the eagle with the help of her quirk preventing them from falling during high-speed flight. They quickly leaped off of the ground and soon disappeared into the horizon.
"Raph...Raph...Raph...wake up Raph, you're scaring me. What's happening to our son, honey? Is he going to be okay? Why would he suddenly collapse and glow like this? He was perfectly fine moments ago." the wife continuously tried to wake up the glowing child as she tries to keep her calm.
"Don't panic dear, I am sure it has something to do with his quirk. He will definitely be alright. I am taking us to the doctors' and he can tell us what's happening to our son. For now, let's be calm and think positively." replied the giant bird.
Soon they arrived in front of the quirk examination hospital entrance as the wife quickly stepped down from the bird's back. As she hurriedly entered inside, the husband transformed back and followed suit right behind her. Without paying any heed to the attention they were amassing., they hastily barged into the doctor's room as they explained what happened.
"Dr. Chujiro, please have a look at our baby. We don't know what's happening to our son. He was happily thanking us for his birthday present when he suddenly collapsed and gave off a blinding light. He is still glowing faintly. We didn't know what to do but bring him to you." the mother said worried for her son.
"Please don't worry Mrs. Black. Is today his fourth birthday? If so, he might have awakened his quirk. Please, place him in the bed and I'll check what's happening." he replied while calming down the anxious mother. "It is indeed his fourth birthday but he has had his quirk from the day he was born."
As he heard the mother, he couldn't hide his surprise, "There is a 1 in a million chance that quirks sometimes awaken twice as the user gets better at using their quirk. I don't think this is the reason for your baby's condition as he is too young but the other reason is even more ridiculous."
This time both the husband and the wife looked at each other and back at the doctor with a questioning gaze. However, they were quickly guided out of the room as the doctor immediately started examining the baby's condition.
After half an hour, he finally called the couple back into the room as he gave his diagnosis on Raph's condition, "As I said before, there is no need to worry about your son. He is perfectly healthy. It seems that the cause of your son's condition was the second reason."
"And what's that?" the husband asked slightly irritated at the suspense. "Your son may have a second quirk." "WHAT???" both the husband and the wife said simultaneously at the revelation. "Is it possible for a person to have two quirks?"
"Yes, it is possible but it is so rare that the number of people having multiple quirks can be counted in one hand. One such person is the infamous villain All for One. Although in his case, it is stealing other people's quirk rather than possessing it beforehand." the doctor explained.
"We always knew he would grow to be a great figure in the future but we were not expecting this. What is his second quirk doctor?" the couple raised the question. "I don't know what his second quirk is mainly because it is still developing. But I do know that it is an emitter quirk and it also seems very compatible with the first quirk. It seems to be related to the life force."
"Lifeforce?? Could his quirk possibly be similar to mine?" the mother said, genuinely hoping that her son's new quirk would be similar to hers.
"Indeed, his quirk might have to do with generating, controlling, or absorbing the lifeforce similar to the way your quirk works on flora. It seems that your son's body took parts of both of your quirks and developed them into new and better quirks." the doctor said slightly envious of the boy. Sigh~
While they were discussing about the baby's quirk, their attention was grabbed by a loud growling sound, coming from the said baby.
