(1st PoV Reo)-------
"Lize... Rather than hide yourself like that... why not shifting your presence to me.. creating an illusion where you didn't exist but actually beside me...." I suggested to her. she immediately revealed herself not far from my back.
"That would do.." she nodded as she walk beside me. I looks toward her, then she began to opened her mouth once again while her hands holding her chin.
"Let's see... Alteration.. Presence Shift... Send Modified Feedback Signal... Completed... Creating New Sequence... Adaptive Illusion... Complete... Re-checking the structure... No mistake found... Begin the execution... and done." she said as she retracted her hands. There's no fancy effect or something.
'Maybe?' I close my eyes for a second. A black and white world appeared on my 'sight', there's nothing different from the world I see outside except for something.
'Membrane?' I feel that we're getting covered by some kind of invisible membrane. Not only that, I didn't even detected Lize presence beside me. I opened my eyes and sighed.
"Let's go then..."
(3rd PoV)------------
Meanwhile, somewhere else in a ruined city far from Reo location with a thick mist covered the entire city. A gloomy aura that permeating around in the air, withered trees and a bunch of bones that scattered around the places, not even single animals could be seen here that make it looks like inhabitable without any sign of life.
In a place that looks like a plaza. There three similar distorted humanoid phantom with a pair of wings in its back facing each other.
"Our plans must set in motion..." One of them said with deep male voice.
"Indeed, Failure.. Is. Unacceptable..." This time a distorted voice resounded. it was unknown whenever it was male or female voice.
"Our last obstacle will be that Ruler... her ability to see the 'Three Link' is such a hassle.." This time an eerie male voice resounded.
"Don't be foolish.... her existence is no more important since we found that 'thing'—" before the one with the deep voice could finish it. The eerie male voice resounded.
"WE. MUST. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! DON'T YOU REMEMBER BACK THEN WHEN SHE! WRECKED! ALL OF OUR PLAN!" One of the phantom waved its hand in displeasure and disagreement. Two of the three of them staring each other before they started to arguing.
"IT WAS UNEXPECTED!—"
"BECAUSE OF THAT! WE NEED TO HAVE LAST RESORT THAT WILL ABSOLUTELY GAVE THE ADVANTAGE TO US!—"
"Enough." Once the distorted voices died down, both of them fall into silence.
"We. Archolytes. Must. Make. Sure. Lord Plans. In. Order." The distorted voices continue as the phantom extended its hands, a purple flame appeared in the middle of its palm.
The other two glance each other before slowly extended their arm, the similar purple flame appeared. Then a solid threads like a link connected their flame together, creating a triangle while the flame slowly covering the inside. In the middle of the triangle an overlapping closed eyes like a cross appeared. They all started to opened their mouth.
"""Everything will be according to our Lord and Abyssal Garden.. 'Euf Solc Naz Eir Abysseskaligal'!!"""(AN: FYI.. The last one was Nonsensical languages...)
After they said that. The overlapping eyes began to opened, revealing a black pupil in the middle of the cross. The pupil was unmoving until a trace of faint dark light slowly coming out from the pupil. Slowly the dark light became more thicker and thicker and violent, the light size now covered the entire triangle meanwhile the ray of dark light was aimed to the sky as the mist around the three phantom was pushed back.
Creak-
Crack-
In the sky, a crack appeared with a size of the light, slowly become bigger.

Back to Reo location, the pair was walking in the silent street. There's no people walking around except them, lamp were scattered around the place, the buildings they passed were looks like a medieval market, unfortunately all of them were empty.
"Not much to be seen here.." Reo mumbled. then Reo stopped his track, he turn around and see Lize stopped while looking at Northwest. A small smile appeared on her face.
"What's matter?" he asked while tilting his head a little. Lize then shook her head, while slowly opened her mouth.
"Just a small fry.. but... it seem they have some nice 'toy' there...." she said with mused tone, her eyes was bit serious in that time.
"How about the girl back then?" He asked while taking a quick glance at Southwest before looking at Lize face.
Lize who sensing his gaze, started to looking at Reo.
"She has been left after we arrived to the city... By the way aren't you curious what I see?" she said with a small smile. Reo shook his head before opened his mouth.
"Kinda... but... let's go to the inn first... I'm tired.." He said, Lize then nodded. Without wasting any time they started walk to the north area.

After few turn, they arrived at a large inn that was still opened. it's was a fancy one with some bush decoration and other, the inn was called 'Autumn Breeze'. Reo looks around for a second then sighed.
Then they immediately enter the inn, with a sound of bells. A pleasant sound could be heard.
"Welcome to the inn.." A girl around her 20 could be seen in the counter, she has a short brown hair, a fair skin and pair of green eyes. she is wearing a black collared long sleeves A-line skirt dress, a dark green vest and also a red necktie. In her head there's a green cap with a two golden stripe that circle around in the middle.
Reo then step closer, before opening his mouth.
"How much for one room and four days?" he asked. Lize who beside him stare at him with a small smile, but Reo just ignore her.
"50 copper coins... with food for three times..." she answered him with a smile. Reo then began to take out one of his silver coin and placed it on the counter.
Meanwhile Reliza gaze became more intense as her small smile become a smirk.
"Please wait.." She said as she she took the silver coin while opened some kind of drawer under the counter.
Reo then waited patiently as he started to look around. The room interior is not that bad, there's 6 tables with 3 chair each and some floral decoration. in the left side there's a stair while on the right side there's a wooden door. He them sighed before looking at Lize.
"What?" he asked. Seeing his reaction Lize stopped her gaze and started to looking around.
"Nothing.. Nothing.." she said, but a small smile could be seen in her face.
Not long after that, the girl in the counter take out 50 copper coins and a key with a wooden plate attached, a number '21' engraved in the wooden plate before place it at the counter.
"Here's your change... the room is in the second floor and Good Night..." She said.
Reo then started to walking toward the stair in the left side. As they already in the second floor, Reo started to looking around for a moment until he find a room with number 21 on it.
He immediately walk toward it. He then opened the lock and go in to the room.
The room was spacious, There a table and large white bed and one pillow inside. not far from the bed was a window, the moonlight could be seen from the bed.
Reo looks around for a moment before he nodded.
"Not bad..." he mumbled before locking the door and started to fall into the bed. Then he changing his position to side while facing the wall. Making the half of the bed empty.
"Reo how about me?" Lize asked while standing in the room not far from the door.
"Do what you want to do... And...Good night.." Reo replied without opening her eyes nor glancing at Lize side.
Lize sighed, but there's a small smile on her face. She then closed her eyes while standing still.
In that moment her clothes changed to long sleeved black full skirts dress. She then opened her eyes, slowly she walking closer to Reo. After that she go to the bed and sleep behind Reo, cuddling into his back. (AN: when her clothes changed in process it's looks like fire spreading.. but unlike fire it's instantly Rewrited the current one she wear from tip to toe.)
"Good night Reo..." She mumbled softly while closing her eyes.
