Sassanid Fars turned his head slightly to look, and then led his generals and commanders forward on horseback. As for the cavalry they brought, the Romans had clearly done nothing shady. Since the Romans had no underhanded tricks, dispatching more troops would only make Parthia appear cowardly.
"Sassanid Fars!" A cold smile slid across Ganasis's lips. Although he had known that this commander was that guy, seeing him in person was still quite unpleasant. Why didn't he manage to kill this guy back then?
"Ganasis!" Sassanid Fars stared in Ganasis's direction, his eyes slightly red. In the wars between Rome and Parthia, aside from the Roman Emperor's personal involvement, most of the battles were fought by the Dukes of the Border Commandery. A hero to them, a foe to us, no more than that!
