Something had shifted — some barrier thinned by his growing mastery over the very domains Khaos ruled, shadow and space. The primordial power felt closer now, more responsive, as though his comprehension had finally begun to speak its language.
Emery rose and made his way to the Khaos Domain.
Within the floating ruins, across from the star table, a new space had opened — a hall he had never seen before. Along one side rose a great stone wall, its surface covered in inscriptions that pulsed with a slow, ancient rhythm. The runes were layered so densely that his gaze could barely follow a single line before it split into a dozen more.
A faint whisper began to echo through the hall.
It took Emery only a moment to understand. This was a message, left behind by the Lord of Khaos himself.
