It was past one at midnight but Ryuchen was still wide awake and can't sleep because he's not next to his wife.
He gasped.
During the short time he spent with Chloe, it seemed like he could no longer live without her. His life has become a roller coaster for this month because many things happen to him. He feels anxious every time his wife is not with him, always wanted to see her beautiful face and his day was boring when his not with her.
Ahhhh... I'm going crazy!
A crazy idea suddenly pop-up in Ryuchen's mind.
Why doesn't he just kidnap his wife from his granbdmother's room, he's sure that his Grandma is asleep by that time.
Ryuchen left his room to go to his Grandma's room, he was grateful that the door of her room was not locked and quietly sneak in to approached Chloe's bed.
He frowned when he saw his wife in deep sleep.
How could she sleep soundly while her husband is miserable and anxious in the other room?
Ryuchen slowly lifted Chloe and was thankful that she did not wake up when he carried her. But as he approached the door, his heart suddenly stopped beating when she suddenly moved and immediately turned his head to his wife. He saw her squeezed her body on his chest and suddenly hugged his neck
"You will be the end of me, woman." he whispers while his heart beats so fast.
Ryuchen immediately left his grandmother's room then hurriedly went to their room.

Ryuchen didn't notice that Grandma Ciana was awake the whole time.
She was covering her mouth with her hand to stop the thrill she was feeling because of what her grandson had done.
"Stupid brat! Who will kidnap her own wife?" Grandma Ciana laughing.
Grandma Ciana believes from the start that Ryuchen would do that and knew that he would secretly sneak to her room to take his wife that's why she's still awake until then.
"He is my stupid brat after all."
Now he better know how to treasure his wife, so Chloe will not think of divorcing him.
"Stupid brat!"

Ryuchen immediately hugged Chloe as he lay down next to her and it was only then that he felt sleepy. All the anxiety and annoyance that he felt while waiting for them earlier, now that his wife is next to him, has disappeared.
He kissed her on the forehead before he went to sleep.
When Ryuchen woke up in the morning, Chloe was no longer by his side. He immediately went to the kitchen because he knew he would see his wife there.
And there she is.
Chloe was already busy cooking breakfast.
Happiness filled his heart as he watched his wife busy with what she was doing.
He first looked around to make sure his naughty grandmother was not there before he approached Chloe. He hugged her from behind and kissed her cheek which surprised her.
"Good morning, Mrs. Ajero." he greeted her.
"Why was I in our room last night?" Chloe asked seriously while she was still busy slicing vegetables, not even looking at him. "I remember I slept in Grandma's room, but why was I in our room when I woke up?"
"I kidnapped you last night." he answered smiling putting his chin on her shoulder. "I can't sleep when you're not by my side."
Because her hair was pony tailed, he could see the redness on her cheek and ear.
Ryuchen never thought he would get to the point where his heart would soften when it came to his wife. He didn't care about her back then, he also doesn't care what will happen to her because he was too blinded by his anger. But as time goes by, he slowly gets to know the real Chloe, which he never thought to do before.
Maybe, Chloe was a witch in her last life. She casts a spell on him so he looks like this now.
But she's a beautiful witch though.
"Let's go home." Ryuchen said to Chloe.

Chloe's knees suddenly softened when she heard Ryuchen say.
She also felt that the wall she had built for Ryuchen was slightly shattered. She build that wall in her heart after the kidnapping that almost ruined her reputation, to protect herself from Ryuchen.
But, little by little, he was breaking it.
Will she give him another chance?
How will she know if he has really changed?
She remembered Ryuchen's anxious and miserable face last night and knows that he really cares for her now.
Fine!
She will give him another chance, but that is the last chance.

Ryuchen heard a cough from behind, but even if he doesn't look back at who it is, he knows it's his naughty grandmother again.
"Lovey-dovey early in the morning?!" he heard his Grandma say.
Chloe removed his arms around her then immediately approached his grandmother. He was frustrated when his wife greeted his Grandma happily yet she didn't even spare a glance at him. She didn't even greet him, didn't even smile at him and now, she looks so happy to see his grandmother.
Hmm... have fun now Grandma, Chloe and I will go home later.
"Chloe, why don't you stay here--."
"NO WAY!" Ryuchen immediately said then pulled his wife closer to him. "My wife and I will go home after we finish our breakfast."
Ryuchen doesn't want to stay in Ajero's mansion for long now.
He can't do anything he wants to his wife because his grandmother's always coughing behind them.
Why do she need to show up when they are supposed to have sweet moments?
"I'm not talking to you, stupid brat!" Grandma Ciana frowned at him then turned to Chloe. She even held his wife's hand as if she was begging. "Please stay here, Chloe. I have no one here at home and I have no one to talk to, I'm the only one. If only I had a great-grandchild to take care of---."
Ryuchen immediately pulled Chloe away from his Grandma again. He hugged her so his grandmother would not go near her.
What is no one in the house and no one to talk to? She always plays mahjong in the mansion with her friends. Grandma Ciana is really good at drama, but he really likes the last thing she said.
"How can we give you a great-grandchild if Chloe will stay here?" he said immediately. "We will do it right away when we get home."
Ryuchen was surprised when Chloe suddenly sat down with her two hands covering her face.
When Grandma Ciana and Ryuchen saw that her ears and the back of her neck were red, they both laughed out loud because of his wife's cuteness.
