Nimin looked through the expense logs and noticed his Guild was running a much larger loss than normal.
Previously he was running things at a loss to have the highest quality equipment for his Guildmembers. Whenever their accounts were running dry he personally went out and hunted a few Third Stage materials to sell in bulk to act as a buffer.
Since he was gone that duty went to the other Third Stars, allowing them to make up the loss in money. Since it was no longer just Nimin in Third Star it seemed like the other Guildmembers had hunted a little too much and now Dusted Bright was significantly richer than previously.
Whoever took over the finances must've realized they had more leeway, but Nimin felt it was an unnecessary expense.
"Argh, my trip was extended because of that chaos. If I had returned earlier this would've been fine!"
