High Elder Shatter Peak's eye twitched. "Different means disorganized." Another twitch.
"Different means no proper structure." A third twitch.
"They have no consistent training methodology." The giant cracked his knuckles.
"They throw disciples into random situations." The giant's eye twitched again.
"Their hierarchy is confusing."
A vein appeared on High Elder Shatter Peak's forehead.
"Their missions are unpredictable." Another vein appeared.
"They simply choose training methods based on whim."

High Elder Shatter Peak slammed a massive fist onto a nearby table and the furniture instantly shattered.
Everyone jumped after seeing that.
