"You are called kyoshiro right, To think that I would a individual of your caliber in this country again, is very interesting. How about this if you will co-operate with us and make our work smooth I'll not kill that pig" Liana spoke while looking at the man who was bleeding from head to toe.
"Kyoshiro accept it" the big headed man orichi shouted. "Ok" the strongest yokuza of the land of wano kyoshiro surrendered the last.

"This country has no facilities, no proper roads even with so much money. How can there be a country like this" I (arya) thought while looking at the money and jewelry looted yesterday.
"Arya the total loot we got is immeasurable. We cannot carry them even if we have a fleet" barudo spoke while laying on the gold.
"Is that so, then barudo you are saying we don't need this much" I asked while looking down at the country from the shogun palace.
"Arya money is always good, but even I must say I have never imagined of owning this much money in my whole life" Barudo said, he was too happy to think properly.
"Is that so, then I have decided make all the people in this country to get on working. I want the entire place have good roads and proper houses" I said.
"What why should we?" barudo asked, "Because this county will be our place after few years. Once we are very strong we will defeat kaido and make this country our base. After all we need a place to store all our treasures Haahahaa" I said, 'truthfully, I just felt like making a place developed like cities back on earth and also felt some pity on these country'.
"This will be a lot more work; we also have to build our new ship. Such a pain in ass but if it will be our base then it should be very grand. All right let's get started before the Emperor shows up" Barudo said.

The land of wano was now covered in dust complete different from how it was few days ago, The country which looked like a ancient country was now covered with clean roads. All the areas of the country was filled with a big modern highways like on earth, On the road sides there was big footpaths, and small trees and plants were also planted.
The factories which were releasing poison water were all destroyed and all the factories were shifted to onigashima.
The most important change was all the areas now had huge halls with chairs and tables, these are the food halls arya asked to make, There were nearly 100 of these huge halls which had kitchens. These were made to provide food for all the peoples in this country.
Thousands cooks worked all day to feed millions of people.
The people of this country were working, eating and sleeping. It became a daily routine for them.
This was only possible because the people of this country had willingly did this, after suffering for years under orochi the people have felt helpless and suddenly they were all robbed one day, It was a single belli that they saved but the devilish pirates even took that.
But then they saw the one responsible for their miserable life also being treated like them, they were happy, They felt happy that someone made the life of orochi miserable like he did to them.
That was the start, the next day they were forced to work by these devilish pirates. Many were used to this but they got food for their work.
This simple proper food for their hard work, was enough for the people of this country to work harder.
Before they knew it the place has changed a lot, the children's were all eating to their full and playing with a smile, this was better than before for many people.
There were those who were unsatisfied but the majority was willing to follow this devilish pirates.
As the saying goes, "it is the people who make the country" The wano country was seeing some major changes.
