"It smells nice." Qi Jingren said.
"Can't you not leave?" Qin Shaobai held her, as if treating her like fragile crystal, carefully protecting her.
"I can't." Qi Jingren raised her head to look at him, "I have no reason to stay here."
"You do." Qin Shaobai looked deeply at her, "I like you, very much like you, like you a lot, isn't that reason enough?"
"It's not enough." Qi Jingren shook her head, then laughed, "The number of girls Mr. Qin likes is probably a hundred if not fifty, isn't that enough to share?"
"Qi Jingren." Qin Shaobai pushed her away from his embrace, then held her shoulders, looking down at her, and said, "After all this time, don't you understand my heart yet?"
Qi Jingren wasn't a fool, how could she not know? A man is good to a woman for only two reasons; either he's attracted to the woman's appearance, or he's developed feelings for her.
