After confirming once more, Da Fei finally reluctantly accepted this unbelievable reality!
Without a doubt, such an internal conflict scenario between NPCs couldn't be triggered without reason; it must be the Japanese players pushing the plot forward. So, what is the purpose of the Japanese players? Just to change a city lord? Apparently not.
Players are warriors, free individuals, and unless they join the formal army which is a pain, they have no subordinate relationship with NPCs. Players can freely choose which general to take on tasks from if they feel like it. There's no need to overthrow one to support another.
And considering Fire Cave City has so many enviable mines, Da Fei couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. Could it be that the Japanese players want to take advantage of the fire to loot and fill their pockets? This kind of thing is something I love to do. When I first came to Cold Jade City, I took advantage of the opportunity to catch spies and made a fortune.
