In the morning she went to the stables to help out, and incidentally practiced swordsmanship for three hours; in the afternoon she self‑studied using the teaching materials the teacher had left behind, took notes, wrote down what she didn't understand and sent it to his email, and by the way supervised Lin Nineteen so he wouldn't mess things up. If he did cause trouble, she had to beat him up once, and then go clean up the aftermath.
Most of the time, though, Lin Nineteen's hands were pretty clean, which saved her a lot of trouble.
