As the throne room opened the first thing Sono saw was an unusual amount of soldiers in the queen's personal unit. Usually on ceremony Sono would bow and wait for permission to speak but this has concerned him.
"My Queen has someone made a move on you or does something else threaten your life?"
By this he meant sentient being such as demon lords, chimera or other creatures capable of thought and had possibility to be powerful.
The Queen looked at the girl beside Sono with an inquisitive stare before speaking. "They are only here for my protection in case things get out of hand, other than that they won't even feel like they are here."
Sono couldn't help but think that it was weird. Was it because he had brought the girl with him. Even then she should be able to tell by the standards in the room she was definitely the weakest.
Sono prostrated himself as so did his daughter. After she had finally gave him the go ahead he had started giving the debrief. This went on for about half an hour.
"So you wish to take in this young girl as an extra reward for completing your mission?"
"Yes my Queen, I would also like to enroll here in the academy of Marona."
"Hmm, I don't see why not but..."
Just then minister Doja had walked abruptly in the room looking at Sono with pity. To Sono it seemed fake but why would he need in pity.
The minister bent down to the right side of the queen handing her a piece of paper and whispering something into her ear.
"I see, how sad. Tell him I give great thanks for him taking time out of his busy schedule. I am also sad to say unto you general Sono...to put it outright your family has been killed.
The look on Sono's face showed stricken fear and sadness but most of all anger.
The aura he pushed out with killing intent made the soldiers inch for their weapons while some ran to stand in front of the queen.
"You dare to release killing intent on her highness!" Who do you think you are! If you don't stop immediately will kill you faster than you can say sorry!!!" Doja screamed with her face turning as red as a ruby.
Sono had calmed down which made the queen once again speak from her calm state as if everyone was in a completely different environment. Lily beside Sono was the only other person in the room who as calm or some might say more.
"We had the strongest space user look for their killers but they must of been professional assassins. There's nothing else we can do but approve all you requests now leave before I decide differently General."
Sono left without a word bringing lily right behind him.

Shadow had just got out of the carriage, heading into the pathway to get into the large library. He had seen the usual guards dispersed around the perimeter to guard it. The only difference was Kera's friends were right there in middle of the path.
"Hmm should I see how strong I am?"
"Why ask me I think they have whatever is coming to them. Maybe killing them would be better." Lucifer said in a snarl.
"Maybe not that, that actually made me not want to make a move at all actually."
"Look who is back without there master. He must want to fight right?" The boy who was beside Kera last time stepped up. "Don't worry we won't touch you we know these guards would stop us."
I believe we should all take a 10 guys. Especially since we know General Sono does surprise checkups. So any special kids will be safe." All the nearby guards walked away.
"So they basically just gave them the go ahead to hurt me because there boss defended me from them last time."
"There's only 3 of them, the two behind him are only novice tier 2 but he's novice tier 3.
With your abilities now you'll lose but you could also take on my power to help you. I could easily boost you to novice tier 2. Then with your abilities it would be a fair fight."
