Goku as a Saiyan maybe have a body that can growing strong infinitely, everytime he passes the near death situation. But when he knew about the seven step of Cultivation way from Mutenroshi, Goku realized that no matter how strong his body and Ki is after the Zenkai boost. The boost would not helping him to breaktrough to the next level of Cultivation.
Goku decided that after the Tenka Ichi Budokai he would spend time at least a week so he can focusing all of his power and time to breaktrough. Or he would never reach the highest level of Cultivation.
Right now in the first entry of main match, Goku would fight a girl who look so angry at him. Goku finally knew the identity of the girl after Bulma told him, and Goku also remember about the promise he made with the girl when they were still a little kid. At the time he made a promise with the girl he was still a naive idiot. Who cannot tell the different between a boy or a girl.
He felt like an idiot right now because he making a stupid promise like that when he was a little kid. He did not have any feeling for the girl, because he already have Bulma. So there is no way he would married with the girl, if he still a naive idiot then he maybe would choose the girl. But Goku no longer a naive boy who can easily tricked by other people.
He already smart enough to not let other people trick him.

The girl are trying to attack him using a simple punch from the Kamesen-ryuu style, her power was at the peak of entry level and if a normal people got hit by it then a normal people would go to the Hospital. But if Goku is the one who got hit then the one who would be hurt by it was not Goku but the girl.
"How dare you playing around with my feeling like that! And then two timing me! What am I to you? A toy!?"
The girl are attacking Goku like crazy, but Goku only avoiding all of her attack and did not try to hit her even once. Because Goku feel that it was wrong to hit a girl beside Goku did not want to hurt the girl at all.
So what he is doing right now are avoiding the attack, and making the girl keep attacking her until she lose all of her power and stamina. And just like he already planned, the girl are in attacking frenzy trying to hit Goku with all of her might.
But after ten minutes doing useless attack, she finally feel tired and out of breath and then pass out because the lack of oxygen that going to her brain.
"Chichi you are a good martial artist, and having a good talent on it. But sadly you have an unhealthy obsession over me, you feeling for me was not a love but an obsession. If we are married then our relationship will never work. I'm sorry if I cannot fulfill our promise when we were a little kid. But the one I want to be with me all of my life was Bulma not you."

"Chichi was the daughter of one of my student and I don't think my student the Ox-king are raising her in a good way. I think he spoiling her too much," Mutenroshi said with a sigh. "It look like, I need to talk a bit with Ox-king after the tournament is over. Because he really need to disipline his daughter more.'
"Oooh Chichi was look so sexy! Because Goku are rejecting her and I already breaking up with Bulma! Maybe I can ask her to be my girlfriend? I mean, Goku already having my Ex as his girlfriend so it was okay right if I take Chichi as mine!"
Unlike Mutenroshi and Kuririn, Yamcha are suddenly falling in love with Chichi and his reaction are making Mutenroshi and Kuririn feel really weird.
'His taste for a girl are really weird, Sensei!' Kuririn said whispering to Mutenroshi ears. 'That Chichi girl are a time bomb! Even I can feel that!'
'If Yamcha want that girl then let him have her! He will be the ultimate sacrified for the sake of humanity!' Mutenroshi said while sighing.

Rin was never like a girl who act like the world belong to her like Chichi. For Rin Chichi was one of the worst type of girl.
