I previously Wrote Spiritual Motes because " Motes " are mini gaseous substances cultivated by Practitioners which can be measured by devices.

For Example, Spirit Student's Cultivation:- Spirit Energy =1999/1999 ( If he/she uses a spirit skill and consumes 150 spirit Energy then, Spirit Energy = 1849/1999.

->Beginner Stage = 100-999 Spirit Energy
->Spirit Student = 1000-1,999 Spirit Energy ( 1st Evolution of Spirit )

->Elite Spirit Soldier = 4000-4,999 Spirit Energy

1st:- Opening The Sea of Consciousness, Spiritual Domain, Able to use Spirit Skills which requires Psychic energy.

2nd:- Spirit Energy Refinement
Spirit Energy Refinement => It means Spirit energy cultivated by Warlord powerhouse will be more powerful than World Master Practitioners.
For Example: - Both A Warlord powerhouse and A Peak Tier 5 World Master with 49,999 Spirit Energy trained in Same Spirit Skill and both consume 10,000 Spirit Energy to release that skill but The power of Warlord's spirit skill will be more powerful because after reaching Warlord The spirit Energy they cultivate will be more robust and pure.

From Beginner to Warlord are called Cultivation Stage BUT After Comes Cultivation Realms.
A Tier 5 Warlord will Enter Next Cultivate Realm after he/she converts all of his/her Spirit Energy from Motes form into Liquid form.
Below are Cultivation Realms: Advancing in Cultivation Realms is way harder then advancing in cultivation stages.
Because To Advance in Cultivation Realms The person needs more then just spirit energy and The person will have great changes in his Spirit Sea, Energy Sea and Sea of Consciousness after advancing in each Cultivation Realms which I will not mention here for the excitement factor because if I reveal every detail now it will not be exciting anymore.

BODY CULTIVATION
Body Cultivation Takes more time because it is very hard to produce internal Strength and Practitioners have to use Internal Strength Cultivate the Body.
The first Stage of Body Cultivation requires only Internal Strength but later Stages of Body Cultivation needs All kinds of Treasures and Other things, So generally only Practitioners who have Entered Planet Realm will continue The Body Cultivation.
1st Stage: Mortal Body Strengthening
( This Stage has 8 sub-stages and this stage of Body Cultivation can be cultivated anyone who has unlocked internal strength)
--> Vitality Tempering
--> Skin Tempering
--> Flesh Tempering
--> Viscera Tempering
--> Bone Tempering
--> Marrow Transformation
--> Meridian Transformation
--> Blood and Qi Strengthening
Further Stages of Body Cultivation Depends on what kind of Body Tempering Arts the Practitioners use because Every Body Tempering Arts have different beneficial Effects on Body.
For Example, Some Body Tempering Arts increase Raw strength of the practitioner or Some Body Tempering Arts Transform certain body parts which results in that body part becoming very strong or having some miraculous effects like Extending hands or bones, etc.
Body Tempering Arts which Strengthen the Whole body comparatively and Grants Special Physiques are considered Top Tier Body Tempering Arts for example :
=>Ice Cold Jade Physique Art:- If A practitioner cultivates this Body Tempering Art then he can acquire Ice Cold Jade Physique which allows him to transform every part of his body into Icy jade which is extremely tough to break and can also survive in Extremely Cold Environment where other practitioners of the same level as him die easily. They can also easily practice Ice Spirit skills and boost the power of Ice spirit skills so this physique tempering art is suited to people who have an affinity with Ice Element, Of Course, to cultivate in this body tempering Art the practitioner needs all kinds of Rare Ice attribute materials which are not so easy to acquire and Generally Most of the Body tempering Arts causes unimaginable pain in early stages of their body cultivation.
There are even unique Body tempering Arts for example:
=>Soft Cotton Elastic Physique Art: This Body Tempering Art allows the practitioner to acquire Soft Cotton Elastic Physique which can make every part of his body soft and Elastic and also grants resistance to some elements like Earth, Lightning, Water, and also Heavy Physical Attacks will not work on this physique.
But of course, this Body tempering Art is very hard to cultivate because it needs some rare spirit beasts parts and many heavenly treasures like roots of Lucid Tree, Petals Mallaby Flower, etc. that are extremely rare spiritual plants.
This type of physique also has its own weakness...one such weakness is that if the opponent is proficient in Ice Domain and has comprehended the Ice concept then with his ice spirit skills he can nullify the Effects of this physique.
Once a person finishes Mortal Strengthening Stage and started a Cultivating body using a certain Body Tempering Art then he can not cultivate a different Body Tempering art because generally, two body tempering arts will clash and results in backfire instead of benefits.
And if a practitioner wants to change his Body Tempering Art then he will have to abolish his previous body tempering art's Progress which might result in serious injuries or even death.
