The Celestial Transcendent's smile waned.

"Heh!" Davis scoffed as he pointed at him, "You slapped me to death for that very reason. Don't pretend otherwise. Now that we're even, don't even think about bringing up that issue again. I didn't even know she was your granddaughter when I fought her. It wasn't until I crushed like now and was forced to-"
He paused for a moment, not knowing how to explain that he hid his blood inside one of her wounds and karmically reformed through the Blood Tempest Physique, managing to obtain some of her recent memories.
