Davis uttered in a curious tone, first time hearing what lay ahead of the Exalt Stage.
The Divine Exalt Stage preceded the True Deity Stage. Hence, he didn't know what superseded the Exalt Stage and was used to addressing everything that came after the Exalt Stage and Divine Exalt Stage as the True Deity Stage.
Now that he was aware, he found the name pretty convincing.
A World Hegemon.
Back in the days, people in the Fifty-Two Territories used to call themselves hegemons when they reached the Ninth Stage. A hegemon meant an absolute powerhouse capable of taking down an entire power by itself. An Exalt was a cultivator who chose the path of self instead of the path of faith, so only they deserved to be called as hegemons.
