In the place where Tia's house was still located within the main mansion, two women were working on a spindle, their expression sometimes solemn and others times helpless. They appeared to be researching the broken treasure known as the Scarlet Destiny Spindle, trying to repair it.
After looking into it many times, Tia sighed lightly, "I think we still need a strand of Eternal Silk from the Heavenbound Eternal Silkworm or soul essence from the Eternal Dominion Silkworm Physique user. Clearly, Ophirya's Dreamsilk Karmic Usurper Serpent blood essence and the other materials aren't enough to repair it."
Myria's fingers slowed against the spindle, the faint whirring gradually coming to a halt as she lifted her gaze toward the fractured Scarlet Destiny Spindle laid between them. Cracks like dried veins ran along its surface, faint scarlet light flickering within as though it still struggled to remember its former glory.
