Reborn in the world of High School DxD… was that supposed to be a joke? Because I wasn’t laughing. Still, it’s not the worst place to end up—if you stay away from the supernatural, that is. Except fate wasn’t about to let me sit on the sidelines. When I woke up, I didn’t just get reincarnated as some random guy. No, I looked exactly like Nate Adams from Yo-kai Watch… complete with the watch. At first, I thought it was some kind of bizarre prank universe. But the Yokai didn’t see it that way. To them, I wasn’t just some kid with a fancy watch—I was their prophesied King, the one destined to restore their pride and lead them out of the shadows. Great. Another “Chosen One” gig I never signed up for. The Yokai treat me like royalty, Yasaka’s staring at me like I’m the moon itself, and the prophecy says I’ll fix everything that went wrong with their world. And honestly? I can’t just ignore it. Like many DxD fans, I hated how the Yokai faction got shoved to the side. Guess what, Devils, Angels, and Fallen—you won’t be able to ignore us anymore. With a harem of powerful Yokai girls (and maybe a goddess or two), I’ll carve out a future where my people won’t be treated like pawns or second-class citizens. And when I eventually cross paths with Issei Hyoudou, I’m not going to hate him. No, I’ll sit down with him and talk about what it’s like to actually handle a harem.
